At Farm Alert, we are passionate about driving change in underserved communities through nutrition and education. As part of our Eggs of Hope project, we visited the KNOSK N100-a-Day Secondary School in Kuje, Abuja, where we donated 1,000 eggs, enough to feed the school’s 170 children for an entire month. The warm reception from the school’s co-founder, Mr. Kingsley Bangwell, and the inspiring interaction with the students left an indelible mark on our hearts.

A Day to Remember

Led by our Community Engagement Manager, Dr. Zainab Abdullahi Biu, the visit was a heartwarming experience. Mr. Jeremiah Shiaka, our Chief Brand and Communications Manager, delivered an appreciation note on behalf of our CEO, Dr. Kayode Femi.

Dr. Eugenia Ishaku, Farm Alert’s Lead Veterinarian, Data and Research, educated the students on the nutritional benefits of eggs, emphasizing their importance for growth and development. Adding a playful touch to the day, Farm Alert’s intern, Dr. Victor Ajamu, engaged the children in games, spreading joy and smiles all around.

The highlight of the visit was the incredible tour of the school, guided by the students themselves. Their confidence, boldness, and eagerness to learn showcased the transformative impact of the school’s mission.
